Established in 1998, I have a wealth of experience and training. Whatever you wish to achieve through hypnotherapy, you can be confident that you will receive a highly professional service that is expertly tailored to your needs. No two people are the same and, as such, each hypnotherapy session will be designed to help you as an individual.My compassionate and non-judgmental approach enables clients to feel comfortable and at ease; particularly in their first session, where it is common to arrive feeling a little apprehensive.Particular areas of expertise include: stress management, stopping smoking, phobias, self-esteem, conflict resolution and working with children. I am trained in clinical hypnotherapy and stress management and offer traditional hypnotherapy treatments.
